Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders cannot be amended, cannot be cancelled and separate orders can not be combined. 

 

Christmas Delivery: As you can imagine Christmas is our busier period with a larger volume of larger orders. Orders purchased during this time may take a little longer to be delivered. Please allow for 10 working days for delivery.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

​

Please be aware that Royal Mail has planned strikes in November and December. Our usual shipping methods will be running but delivery and tracking updates may be delayed.

​

We send all parcels via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and if you selected Royal Mail 48 a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked.

 

All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.

​

All orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days. Exclusions apply.

Standard second class delivery - £2.99 ( 3-5 working days from despatch )

Tracked Royal Mail 48 - £3.99 ( 1-2 working days from despatch )

Free standard delivery is available for orders over £50.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Faulty / Damaged Items:

 

Here at Rebel And Wild we want to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with our products, so if your item is damaged or faulty all you have to do is return it to us to receive a refund!

Return Process:

​

  • Email us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) at help@rebelandwild.com, with your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the nature of the problem so that we can confirm with you in writing.

  • Return the items to us using the return label supplied or simply address to:

  • Once your return is received we will inspect the products and contact you by email and notify you if a refund has been approved.

  • If approved a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit or debit card - the same method of payment used to make the purchase - within 10 working days.

Important Notes:

​

  • All return postage charges are payable by the customer.

  • Delivery fees cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds will only be considered when reported within 14 days of items being received.

  • Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories and face masks are non-returnable for purposes of hygiene.

  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)

  • Rebel and Wild reserves the right to reject refund requests if there is insufficient cause to refund a purchase.

  • Rebel and Wild cannot be responsible for returned items that are not received by us - for this reason we recommend using tracked postage for returns over £50.

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable to full priced items and does not include sale items.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

We know it can be a pain waiting for a refund to appear. Thankfully, ours are always processed within 7 working days, so here are a few ways to make sure yours has arrived:

 

  • Check your bank account. If you paid using a debit card, then it should appear in approximately 10 - 12 working days, since the banks usually require a few days processing time to show a refund.

  • Contact your credit card company if you paid that way. Credit card refunds can take a bit longer, so there may be a slight delay before a refund appears.

If you still haven't received a refund in those timescales, then please contact us at help@rebelandwild.com with the original returns and refund information so that we can trace the order and check your refund has been issued. We will always do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
