Once a refund has been processed it can take up to 7-10 business days to reach your account.

We unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Check your confirmation emails to make sure it was not shipped separately from the rest of your order and may arrive in a different package. If you are certain all items should have been together please contact us at help@rebelandwild.com and let us know what is missing!

At present we are unable to combine multiple orders.

Some of our items are printed to order and these will be shipped separately to items that we hold in physical stock.

Please see our Shipping & Returns page for detailed instructions on how to return a faulty item.

We currently only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.

Write to us at help@rebelandwild.com with info and pics of the incorrect item so that we can establish the error and fix it asap!

Some of our products are limited stock items and we cannot guarantee if they will be restocked in the future.

We offer free standard delivery for orders over £50 - please see our Shipping & Returns page for details on other shipping options.

At present we are only shipping to the UK.

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 days. Once your items are shipped you will receive a confirmation email. After this it will depend on which delivery option you selected. If you opted for Royal Mail 48 delivery you will receive a tracking number which you can look up on Royal Mail Track & Trace. Standard delivery items will take 3-5 days from dispatch to arrive - check your dispatched confirmation email to see when this is.
